2020 Feb 27th @ Punggol Waterway, under the bridge near the primary school.

When I spotted the 2 birds, I thought they were old grey herons that is very tired and dirty. Only today (Jul 2022) when I was checking out my old files that I realised I have spotted a very rare non breeding visitor.
