Definately not easy to meet this male and not easy to take a good picture. Moving non stop and will not appear often. It took me up till the last day at the resort that I happened to meet it again.

They behave like our flowerpeckers. Very fast and non-stop. Not easy to take a good pciture of the female too.

I was surprised that this flycatcher is so common in this Island. Female has lighter shade from the neck to the breast area.

Pacific Kingfisher

I thought it is the Collared Kingfisher when I first spotted it. Realised there is the yellow eye shadow. Fijian called them the Devil Bird. The old ones believe, if the bird is spotted, there is a devil there.
