According to https://singaporebirds.com/species/tiger-shrike/. Tiger Shrike flew from Eastern Russia, China, Japan to Korea, wintering to mainland Southeast Asia and Indonesia.

The TS spotted this year looked so differnt from the ones I spotted last year. This one is considered closer, perhaps because I was alone and I kept still.
